Fill in the POLAD corporate questionnaire and send it to the HR department by e-mail: ok@polad.ru Completion of vocational and personality questionnaires, aptitude and capability tests, Hi-Po questionnaires if necessary, depending on the vacancy in question.

5. INTERVIEW. PROFESSIONAL CASES. EVALUATION CENTRE

The interview is conducted both with a representative of the Human Resources Directorate and with your possible supervisor. Structured competency interviews — a more in-depth look at competence analysis. The most common application of this method is in the selection of important and leadership roles.
