CASTING PLASTIC PARTS

Injection moulding is an evolution of the injection moulding process. This is a convenient way to produce good quality products with high dimensional accuracy. The polymer is melted in the material cylinder of the injection moulding machine and then injected directly into the mould.

A fleet of equipment consisting of complexes from leading European companies enables parts to be produced in a wide range of plastics, from small to large-size. The total range of products for the automotive industry is 200 items: from small brackets to wheel covers and bumpers that are delivered to the assembly plant already painted.

Large parts up to 9 kg are cast on robotic, automated plastics processing complexes with a clamping force of up to 3,200 tonnes, equipped with manipulators. Using advanced equipment makes it possible to combine strict adherence to the technological process with a high quality and culture of production.
