EXTRUSION BLOW MOLDING

Extrusion is a technology of obtaining products by forcing a viscous melt of material or a thick paste through a forming hole. Commonly used in the moulding of polymers. We use blow moulding to produce hollow and volumetric thermoplastic products. This makes efficient use of the available raw materials.

One of the main advantages of the single-screw extruder is the relative simplicity of its design and, as a consequence, its low cost of production. Because of the tiny wall thickness of the part, cooling the mold only takes a few seconds, considerably increasing production and reducing the weight of the final part by up to half.
