  • weld assembly production;
  • special treatment;
  • producing wire products;
  • Metal injection moulding.
Production using special technologies includes:
WELD ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION

We use two types of welded joints to weld assemblies – resistance welding and electric arc welding. Resistance welding is the process of creating an inseparable welded joint by heating the metal with an electric current through it and plastically deforming the joint zone under the action of a compressive force.

SPECIAL PROCESSING

Drum auger washing machine for final washing of parts and passivation. Deburring machine for deburring after the finishing operation. Deburring drums for mechanical deburring of workpieces with the addition of hardwood sawdust. Deburring machines for deburring flat parts using two deburring belts of different abrasive grades in 150 mm width.

WIRE PRODUCTS

Wire semi-finished products are often a constituent element of finished products. These include the spare wheel basket, bonnet stop etc. Dressing is done by repeated plastic bending through the rollers without scratching or denting.

METAL INJECTION MOULDING

It is a method of making alloy castings in which the alloy takes the shape of the casting by quickly filling the mould at high pressures ranging from 7 to 700 MPa. The method is used for non-ferrous alloys (zinc-based, aluminium, copper, magnesium, tin-lead alloy) because of their low melting point. We have state-of-the-art metal injection moulding facilities at our disposal.
