Wire semi-finished products are often a constituent element of finished products. These include the spare wheel basket, bonnet stop etc. Dressing is done by repeated plastic bending through the rollers without scratching or denting. We use CNC wire bending machines to produce complex wire products in multiple planes, with a high degree of repeatability. We use two CNC 3D wire bending machines to manufacture products from 4 to 13 mm wire diameter. Wire feed speed up to 100 m/min, feed accuracy ±0.1 mm, straightener driven by rollers. The machines run automatically and switch themselves off after the required batch of parts has been produced and after the coil has run out.
