PRODUCTION OF FORMED PARTS

PRODUCTION OF FORMED PARTS

The production of formed parts is located at two sites in Togliatti. More than 100 presses, welding stations, aggregate, multi-slider and assembly machines are used in production.

We produce products for the direct welding of car bodies as well as parts involved in the assembly of the vehicle itself. The forming technique uses blanking presses with a press force of 250 to 1,400 tonnes, made of different grades of sheet and coil material in thicknesses from 0.3 mm to 12.0 mm. Other equipment is also available: a wire-bending machine for producing parts from wires up to 10 mm in diameter.

We use the following technologies: die cutting, progressive forming, multi-slider sheet punching, traditional forming as well as machining and assembly.

The production of stamped parts uses the following technologies for manufacturing parts:
DIE CUTTING

The method's main goal is to apply a lot of pressure to the workpiece's surface. This gives rise to a volumetric compression stress state in the cutting zone, which promotes stable plastic deformation and plastic flow of the material.

PROGRESSIVE FORMING

The equipment set for this method consists of the following automatic presses: Sequential forming press and a servo-driven forming machine.

PROGRESSIVE FORMING
MULTI-SLIDER FORMING

The multi-slide technology makes it possible to produce parts with complex configurations of metal strip in three planes (brackets, springs, clamps, etc.).

MULTI-SLIDER FORMING
TRADITIONAL FORMING

It is a classic method of metal forming which produces parts that do not require further machining. The sheet metal forming process produces both large and small parts (car parts, various brackets, retainers, etc.).

SWIVEL JOINT PRODUCTION

We produce a wide range of hinges (for car doors, bonnets, boots, etc.) for the automotive industry.
