Thanks to using robots and automation, we achieve a consistently high level of production quality. By automating the casting process, labour and material costs can be optimised. This significantly improves production efficiency.

The production of polymer products uses the following technologies

Injection moulding is an evolution of the injection moulding process. This is a convenient way to produce good quality products with high dimensional accuracy. The polymer is melted in the material cylinder of the injection moulding machine and then injected directly into the mould.

CASTING PLASTIC PARTS

Multi-component moulding technology makes it possible to produce products made up of materials with different qualities and colours, including a combination of plastic and elastane. We can make sophisticated composite items with a variety of surface structures using this technology.

THREE-PART CASTING

Extrusion is a technology of obtaining products by forcing a viscous melt of material or a thick paste through a forming hole. Commonly used in the moulding of polymers. We use blow moulding to produce hollow and volumetric thermoplastic products. This makes efficient use of the available raw materials.
