It is a classic method of metal forming which produces parts that do not require further machining. The sheet metal forming process produces both large and small parts (car parts, various brackets, retainers, etc.).
This area produces parts from sheet metal up to 6 mm thick and bars up to 18 mm in diameter. The following operations are used to produce parts of varying complexity: drawing, shaping, bending, trimming, piercing, etc. Traditional forming presses are used for forming operations, with pulling force ranging from 50 to 160. All the equipment is equipped with three-channel cassettes which ensure that the parts are removed and ejected when the press is running.
