THREE-PART CASTING

Multi-component moulding technology makes it possible to produce products made up of materials with different qualities and colours, including a combination of plastic and elastane. We can make sophisticated composite items with a variety of surface structures using this technology.

Casting pieces weighing up to 1.2 kg is possible with the state-of-the-art 400-ton clamping force facility, which is equipped with robotic manipulators. The main injection units are designed for use with glass-filled polyamides. The complex uses a centralised system for preparing and dispensing raw materials, so the equipment minimises human error.
